Whilst travelling in Thailand, I took a lay over in Tokoyo. It was there that I discovered probably the most important machine since the invention radar. What amazing technology. I was mesmerized by this contraption. Sadly this blog technology won't let me put the movie on the site, but if you're very interested I can email it to you. Essentially the machine accepts your glass, motors then swing the glass to 45 degrees. it then pours in ice cold lager. It puts the glass back down and puts a head on the beer before giving it back to you... insane !

I had to keep trying this machine to witness the sheer genius. Silky smooth operation and a perfect pour every time. If only it could have done this with 'real beer'
